Jamie Oliver Chicken Parmesan
People always give Jamie Oliver a pretty hard time but I happen to think he is fantastic for people wanting to learn how to cook all over the world because he makes it fun and easy for anybody of any ability to get involved and give it a lash. In this video Jamie prepares a gorgeous chicken parmesan recipe with Mark Bittman from the New York Times.
there are not many foreigner chefs that I like that much, but Jamie and Niall really impress me every time I see them because you can really feel how much they love and enjoy their work (and that’s the main reason why they’re so successful).
I said “foreigners”… well, I’m Italian (half French btw) so you’re the foreigners to me :-p
