There never seems to be any shortage of people who are willing to create food that is so packed full of fat that it just might kill you 10 minutes arfter eating it and this latest example is no different at all. I would like to introduce you to……. the sandwich cake.

This little beauty features processed meats such as ham and chicken packed in between a whole loaf of bread and covered with some delicious strawberry flavored cream cheese. I can only assume the lovely radishes on top are the serving of veg that will keep you healthy. Like all of these heart attack inducing cakes I want to puke but there is a tiny bit of me that wants to give it a go
