Found these videos a couple of weeks ago on Youtube and just love the way that they are shot and that Gordon Ramsay makes things look so simple when he is cooking. It is funny how we all know how to make bolognese and it is one of the standard recipes that we all start off with are we really cooking it right? Gordon shows in this video how simple a skill it actually is and as always it is a case of doing the simple things right and using the right ingredients to achieve perfection.
