We love making cooking videos but we have found that a lot of our users are also looking for foodie entertainment online so we have decided to make a short bi-weekly show packed full of tips, recipes, interviews, competitions and lots more foodie fun. As commented yesterday – love it, love it, love it.
Great to see Sushi at the market. It’s hard enough to find at the best of times. I was getting all I could eat Sushi in Malaysia for 2-3 euro.
Will be checking out Thisiswhyyourefat.com

Niall, you have an endless amount of energy and passion. I’m afraid. I’m very afraid. In fact, do you even sleep??

Niall this is rounding out into a great stable of products and info – once again fair play on keeping the forward momentum – this is going down a jamie oliver route

Niall fantastic !!! well done just what is needed and so down to eart for all of us “normal” plebs out there.
Congratulations you deserve all the best in business and look forward to seeing more of you.

Salad looks great. Enjoyed the show. Nice length.

You know they say you shouldn’t go shopping on an empty stomach? Well, also you shouldn’t watch food programmes in the middle of the afternoon. My mouth is watering and it’s two hours to dinner time!

The show is great – well done!!! I just love the mozzarella and blackberry salad. It’s very professional and entertaining. Next up TV4 – Look & Taste or Network Niall

This looks great Niall and well done on acquiring a sponsor for it in these hard times!
I’ll definitely be watching bi-weekly.
God damn I’m hungry now.

Terrific Niall! Great energy and the salad looks terrific. I’m looking forward to future episodes.

Ah, now we are talking Niall, that was fantastic, just the thing the site needs to bring me back regularly. Great technique tip and, if I can find some berries, I’m making that salad tomorrow night.
You ever thought of finding a co-host though? Another pretty face to stand alongside yours? Just to keep it fresh and add a bit of contrast (not saying you aren’t pretty, mate.)

Congrats guys – show looks great, really professional. Nice length for a web-isode too. The future of TV is on the web so you should be well poised when that really takes off.

Love the tip about parsley Niall. I’d try that with basil…but question is it won’t work with my favourite tomatoe, basil and olive oil salad. yum, yum, yum…I know you can freeze kaffir lime leaves (they do that in my local chinese) but will fresh basil freeze?
[Reply]
Basil won’t really freeze well at all Lisa or else we would all be at it! The Kaffir lime trick works because the leaves are stronger and can stand up to the freezing better! Just rip all the basil up and put it in a salad!

I like it! Much more fun than watching a regular video recipe, yet still a nice length of time for those of us with short attention spans. Also really like the recipe being printed in the video, simple to just hit pause and view it while you’re cooking.
And you just gave me an idea with the ice cube trick, I’m going to try! We have fresh mint in the garden, I’m going to chop and freeze in tea rather than water, and use them for ice cubes for iced tea! That way the tea would not get watered down! Not sure if it will work, will report back on that one

Yeah that is what we are aiming for alright Heidi, something short and snappy that is a lot more fun! Video recipes still there but the show will be a lot more fun! I have an even better idea for you which is putting mint in the ice cubes and then using them for mojitos!
